Re: My new Cab Motor Works Recon

Bike looks great. I’ve never seen that seat before....I’m think this is the best looking one so far. Where did you purchase it? What’s your all up weight? Also like the raised bars. I retro fitted my forks with direct mount stem and used 6” rise bars.....yours looks better. Consider making a video n...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

My next battery build will be top and bottom the same ie each of the top and bottom rows have 20S then when you fold the top over they cannot make an internal short even after any movement that may cause the insulating material to fail. from there i'd add the other 2S ontop flat like your fighter p...

Re: Sur-Ron - New Mid drive Bike

Got my new X Lightbee in. Its a bit better than the first generation. Put some trials tires on and got Motomoto's 55T sprocket and chain on. Thanks Kim for cutting the chain to length. Haven't ridden it yet, maybe this weekend. If you don’t mind get a picture of you on the bike. If I remember corre...

Re: Another "stealth bomber" build.

I really want the Nucular controller but need to wait for the BMS set up. Sounds like it really woke your bike up. What’s low through high throttle response like? Instantaneous, quick or slow?

Re: KTM 200 exc goes electric

What C rating are those 25 amp hour batteries? I would think you’d want at least 50 amps for decent range? I’m sure the bike will be very light with a 22s 25 amp hour battery though.

Re: Frey AM1000 vol. 2

My AM1000 v5 purchased in April 2019 just went past 2000 miles. The only street use is the little required to get to greenways and trails and most of the miles are mountain bike specific, single track in the Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina. The bike has performed without fail and th...

And didn't mean to not give photo credit on those nice packs Tom. And I didn't say more buss bars are necessary. In a mass production pack, when saving a few cents on materials adds up over thousands of packs it might be a consideration, but I'll take overkill on conductivity any day... It sure isn...

MaxE with BMS for sale

I have a perfect MaxE that I have run at up to 14.5 KW that is perfect. Always keeps my batteries dead on. I have kept “detuned” to 12 kw because I ride most of the time on paved trails and can still hit over 60 mph in a blink. Controller is perfect and works as it should. Comes with controller, dis...

Re: ENDURO EEB: Help me get rid of high speed wobble

You definitely do NOT need slime in your tires with motorcycle tires. Get rid of that mess. If you have tubs just replace them. Wonder if your slime stuck to one part of the tire/tube? After that balance your front rear tires. If it’s just over 40 mph suspension and the rest aren’t the issue unless ...

Re: E-S Stealth Electric Bike Owners

It will feel like that till the wheel comes off the ground....since your a street only rider you’ll most probably never notice adverse reactions. Too much rebound will not control (slow down!) the swing arm extension which will cause your rear end to pogo on whoop sections. You always want to keep s...

Since I can lift my seat up to pedal better, my plan last night was to leave early, and pedal all the way downtown, 20 miles with no power. With only 19 2/3 miles to go, I finally gave up on that stupid plan, sheez :(
