ok i broke down and bought one of these Cellpro PowerLab 8 V2 EC5 1344W 40A 8S Charger gonna use 4 car batteries at first to run this, until i can afford a meanwell 24v 1200 watt power supply

is there a way of bulk charging without disconnecting anything, i dont know if it is possible but i dont want to open pelican 1300 case everytime i charge!! it will be a very tight fit here is a picture of the case

got the case yesterday lipo tommarow, lien 24 fet controller could be a while, hubzilla end of month i hope, just think i should be doing something, looking for some 30 mm clamps for forks as i will try to mount box on forks at first and if handling is too severe will go the way gensem went and glue...

lead acid power supply

i have two huge 12 volt batteries with 1000 amps each, the question is can i use these as a temporary power supply 24 volt? and hook up cellpro 8 v2 directly to batteries until i can afford a suitible power supply? will this run out of jiuce too fast to be any good, i could hook up my 12 volt charge...

wow thanks for quick replies very helpful just ordered some ZIPPY Flightmax 8000mAh 6S1P 30C i hope these are right, probably will be looking into premade harness till i get the hang of it. :mrgreen:
