Re: How to get the proper advice, read before asking

Based on your volume of incorrect advice I find this thread laughable. Your posts give no consideration to load because you live and ride on terrain that is dead flat, which means almost any rig is reliable even with a big load. In addition you make numerous posts that give the impression that RC l...

Re: My stupid mistake: don't let 20 mph fool you

I recently had my first crash too. I was distracted and got too close to the curb. I flipped and thankfully went to a rolling stop on the grass. It was actually kind of fun, but i would imagine that it would have been bad if i landed on the pavement.

Re: 1st ebike build, 48v battery suggestions

Wow this guy sounds just like me a few weeks ago. I had similar requirements when i started to plan. I just finished my first build (ty wes for the help) and I guess I should get started on my build post to help beginners out. In the meantime the OP should read the forum like crazy and be sure to re...

My shocking charger

I recently purchased a new Icharger 106b+ from progressiverc and whenever I use it shocks me whenever I touch it. One obvious solution is to not touch the charger, but since the buttons are on the face it is hard to avoid touching the metal body. I thought it was because I was using it to parallel c...

I wanted to get the same thing, but they said it won't be in stock for a month or two. They have the 48v 500w kit, but that is significantly weaker than the 1000w equivalent.

Haha I get where your coming from. I guess the thought of a super cheap bike clouded my cheapskate mind. But hey for 50 bucks and new batteries it could make a pretty cool gift.

Is This Worth It?

Hey ES forum! I wondering is this a good deal I have the opportunity to purchase a used Mongoose CX 24V450 for $50. It doesn't have batteries, but they were sla batteries anyways. If I do buy this bike I was planning to put in some lipos instead. I've been reading ES for the past week and already pl...

Re: Thinking of getting an e-bike and need help

This is the motor kit I'd recommend, but it's currently out of stock. http://www.yescomusa.com/product.php?productid=729 When in stock, you can find them on ebay for under $280 shipped. I see that you have recommended this kit many times. Is it that good? How is the quality? When do you think they ...

Re: EZip Trailz - On Sale!

Arghh! After a couple days of research I was set on purchasing this bike. Now the price just increased from $428 to $454 on Amazon. Oh well I'll just wait a while until it comes back down.
