Re: CHEAP NEW ORYGINAL CELLS LI-ION 18650 FROM 1,49$ 2200-3500mAh!

New part of cells from 1,49$ each! Sony V3, Samsungs 22P, 29E and Panasonic 18650A. YIKES!! Incredible prices on some real workhorse cells. My 22P 36V packs and 29E 48V packs are some of the most durable I have. Not high power but perfect for 15-20A applications. I wish I needed cells. These should...

Re: Dogman Dans E bike burns his house.

Well yeah a stove, that makes good sense, but the Mrs prefers a neat orderly basement without the rummage sale look. I know...weird...but then I polish shoes and iron handkerchiefs. So I forgive her. My system is getting massively over done compared to most, but that's OK. So are my bikes. Thanks ag...

Clarifying

When I received my sample kit it was torque sensing only, no brake/motor cut off, and no throttle. I said I needed both for sales in the market (USA). I was sent a new controller, the electronic controller in the motor housing, and a new display. I was informed they were needed to have those functio...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

A throttle can be connected to the TDSZ2. To clarify what Tom said: The TSDZ2 does NOT come standard with the wiring in the harness for the throttle and all indications are that if your TSDZ2 did not come with throttle from new, you cannot add one later unless you're as brave and adventuresome as A...

Re: Reliable aliexpress battery pack?

Hope this is not too OT but I notice on their aliexpress page that UPP packs won't ship to Canada. When I change the location to the US it says it won't ship there either. In fact, out of the handful of countries I selected, only the UK and Norway were viable options, which really doesn't help me a...

Not to be rude, or add to your frustration, but I'm compelled to say I wouldn't have built a battery that big with these kits. That said, I suggest you take a deep breath and Micah will do ALL he can toward with you and sort it. I tend to ask before I build. Even with nearly 5 years of experience, t...

Guys, Im having so much freaking trouble with a f*cking pack I have built with the VRUZEND kit, could you please help me out? So I have built that massive triangle pack for a friend of mine and the thing is that always some cell groups go to a really high voltage from like 3.48v to 3.5v in seconds ...

I looked at getting one of those, from the University auctioning off stuff site. Also looked at just metal file cabinets for the garage. More data, Spinner EnRoute AC, 63mm with Preload Adjustment, crown to axle 420mm, pitch 107. Some specs call it a 40mm travel, others, same year a 63mm travel. What should the axle to crown length be corrected? All i find for corrected are for 100mm travel correction.

Re: Custom frame build, Help design.

Definitely agree, the length of a normal 26" beach cruiser is a good goal. Then it will fit on normal bike racks, including the bus ones. 6" longer frame than usual for a 20" bike should do er. 26" -20" Once all other stuff to fit your body is sorted out, add 6" to the rear stays. Or less, if the f...

For 18650 packs in the USA, I've been referring people to Patrick at Hi-C Battery (hicbattery@gmail.com; http://www.hicbattery.com/). A little more expensive but a very nice pack. Patrick built me a 14s8p with 30q, very acceptable size:

I've registered multiple vehicles without a 17 character VIN. Most older model cars don't have that length of VIN. Never been an issue for me.

A throttle can be connected to the TDSZ2.
But not all version can run with a throttle. There is a specific controller and display needed.
