Re: worlds best mainstream unheard of factory ebike? ~$1500U

This does look very nice for the price!

Edit: Looks like someone on Kickstarter thinks so as well...they're marking it up significantly and trying to flip it!

Yep, he got me with the "Paypal Gift" thing as well. No recourse through PayPal, unfortunately.

RE: MWKeefer - I'm out a significant sum as well. Still holding up hope that once he recovers from this he will reimburse us or mail out the items we purchased. Pretty rare to see someone so well liked and with such a prolific posting history actively scamming members, so he must just be going throu...

Re: Nukeproof Mega TR275 Pro with Tangent Motor + Luna 52v 2

I believe he's referring to the 20:1 vs. 40:1 custom cut gears Dave made for another forum member. Said it quieted the drive down quite a bit and he liked the noises it made even more! I can also vouch for Dave - class act all the way, and a hell of a nice guy to boot! I've already sent two of my bu...

Interesting! Anyone tested these out yet? I can foresee tons of interesting new applications for this tech.

Re: Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release

I recently purchased a NOS small screen v2.2 CA from GrinTech - the circuit board reads DB2 Rev9.

Anyone here know what the latest/greatest compatible firmware revision number is? While I've got it open, I figure I may as well update it...always liked the form factor of these older CA's!

Re: Mongoose Dolomite, dropout adapter, battery box

Where did you purchase the dropout adaptors? I'm wondering if they would also work on my Mongoose Vinson. I'd assume Pacific/Mongoose just took the same frame geometry and made mine out of aluminum.

What is the length of the axle? Will this work on a Mongoose FatBike? I believe it has 190 rear spacing.

Hoping he gets back to me via PM. I've got an Astro 3220 itching to be deployed in this! I'm also a professional videographer, so it may help to capture the ride/sound impressions with proper equipment.

Re: The Duty Cycle AWD

Bad idea to use two dissimilar motors front/rear? I purchased an em3EV kit with a Mac 10t and Mac 8t that both require troubleshooting. I have an M-750 TidalForce (same frame) currently, but would love more speed and the ability to climb the local steep mountain roads.
