If i could edit it, what i would do is completely wipe out that page and make subpages devoted to various chemistries. Think they might object? lol. Even if my edit stood, i'd have to fight with hundreds of people to correct their stupid misconceptions that are allllllll over the net. Does not sound like fun to me. Not unless i have backup.
Pretty much everything is wrong with it. Look at all the 'citation needed' on the top right gray box, and all throughout the article.
Why would you take a cell format and say anything about it's cycle life, safety, energy density, power density, nominal voltage?
All these things are dictated by chemistry.
Is a 20AH A123 lipo 3.7v nominal, and last only 3 years?
Does a hobbyking lipo pack do >1000 cycles?
