Maybe it would help to implement a Pedelec law. Because a little workout in the fresh air is always good.

Yah Mon. I note China Guy gives no time frame for their improvements? (But as I understand it, traditional Chinese punishment via lead poisoning from a bullet.) So yeah. Lowest exhaust per mile/kilometer via ebike power generated... somewhere else, rather than at street level.
