Public Transit Ridership Rises To Highest Level in 52 Years and of course public transport is in it's most dilapidated shape of 52 years!

Heck, I see a lot more people riding bikes or walking. Not as many cars on the roads on the weekends. I figure it's one of the things people cut back on when they do not have as much extra cash.
