SO I got a mold off the front fender and im just making it as smooth as possible to lay CF inside it.
I also got some cleat gelcoat and thinned it down with styrene resin thinner then used my hvlp auto pait gun to spray a gel coat on the next peice before laying fiberglass on it to make a mold but man I spent all day sanding.... So borring!
But hope it all turns out as good as I plan. Im sure another 40-60 hours of prep work and I should be able to make some carbon fiber body work.
Thanks Justin of http://www.ebikes.ca/

It sounds like I might be able to Hack the programing part but keep that on the DL
I will let you know how it goes and for that matter I will think about getting a programer one day because if this controler is any good I will use it for more projects.!

When did you put wings on it?

I designed a push button to transformed the velomobile cover to a paraglider wing type and the hub motor to drive a 3 bladed prop (star delta mode to optimize take off power), not finished yet, but for now my wings is BC Ferries Fleet:wink:

When I get the time I will create a trike build tread since Etrike is becoming one of ES popular addition to the fleet. Poeple go nuts around here when I ride it. When the Canuck won again's Nashville I went to downtown Vancouver with the trike and the with Canuck flag on the pole crowd went nuts as I pass by Grandville and Robson .I should have video taped it. It's a classic reaction from the crowd seeing an Etrike. I'm still pump about it.

Anyway I want to see your setup go soon
