Nice Find! That's interesting. Is this the same motor they use in the enertia? Im pretty tempted to pick one up...

Does anyone know what that output shaft is? It almost looks splined.

And here's the answer: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=36797&start=15

The new enertia+ are using a slightly different wind motor.

Same motor here with free shipping.

BTW, I was going through town today and saw about six E+ bikes and one heavily camouflaged Empulse riding together. Pretty cool.

Unfortunately, pretty soon I will no longer have the bragging rights of living in the same town as Brammo as they are moving to the town just north of me called Talent.

Just one thing missing: How much do they weigh?

I'm really tempted to pickup one if not 2 if not 6 of these motors. Crazy deal.

However, does anyone know:
o- What is the sensor configuration? digital halls? Sinewave?

If we could use a modified ebike controller (36 fet etc) it would be a nice choice. However, it's not worth it from a cost perspective if I have to score a sevcon and a programmer(2Gs)

o- What is the output shaft configuration? Where can you get sprockets for that spline? I'd much rather have a spline than a keyed shaft any-day.

Anyone else interested in these guys?

That's what I'm trying to figure out....:)

I hope you mean for a cheap DIY project. Definitely not a cheap DIY motor. Pretty solidly water cooled motor.

The specs sheet posted earlier has this info.

It has digital and analog hall sensor output.

Yeah I noticed that, but since these are the Brammo-Spec motors, I wasn't sure if it was exactly the same. I didn't find any specs on the actual spline itself.

Nice price :D

http://www.ebay.com/itm/PERM-Electric-A ... true&rt=nc

I have already purchased one three months ago.

Will it work with Kelly KHB controllers?
