Electric scooter light kit?

I'm doing a power wheels build for 24v and 48v setup using a 24v and 48v scooter controller.

I've got the 24v setup working great and I'm wanting to add head lights, indicators and a horn. The scooter controller has output for indicators but do I need specific voltage lights, indicators and horns to work? Or will the controller bring the voltage down to 12v for any aux lighting that is added from the proper controller outputs?

Are there any cheap complete light kids with wiring harness that can be purchased on eBay and such?
