Ive been playing with panasonic NiMH batteries. Gotta say that for intelligent charging I use both AstroFlight and MRC989 chargers. The fact that you can dial in the MRC to your specific batteries is a big plus. The biggest plus is the MRC folks back their product. Mine developed a glitch, wouldn't charge properly. I talked to John at the Edison NJ plant, and they got me back a warranty replacement. This is one superfine product, and a superfine manufacturer standing behind it.
