I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this battery. The spec's look really good for a lead acid battery

The one hour discharge is at the 11Ah rate for a 13Ah battery (535 model)

Here is the full data sheets of the series

Thanks

No direct experience with this model but I bought 16 of the PC1500 model that are going into an electric car that's being built for me. From what I've read the company and their products has built up quite a reputation in the EV world.

I run Hawker Genesis batteries, which are quite similar. I've had good results considering all of mine were pull-outs from other equipment and some are 5 years old.

These are good for high powered systems where you want to draw a lot of amps. They're still lead-acid, though, so you get substantially less capacity at high discharge rates, and they are heavy.

For frequent use like commuting, the new lithium batteries might be more economical in the long run.
