Received A123 32113 from Taobao.

This item http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=1444 ... 001318.0.0 (but without BMS as on picture)
with shipping to Russia, costs $15.3 per cell, instead $18.91 from a123rc.com
and by the way, shipping costs to Russia is much more than other countries.
I tried three taobao agents, but only taobaotrends.com agreed work with rechargeable batteries from taobao!

Image

this "ammo clips" looks like tear off from big battery

Tested capacity of one cell:
3.6V to 2.0V = ~4.55ah , (spec nominal 4.4ah)

so considering official 10000 cycles of 32113 due to low WH/KG, I think this batteries are best, and buy them from taobao is best solution.

10,000 cycles huh... official by who?

http://www1.eere.energy.gov/vehiclesandfuels/pdfs/merit_review_2009/energy_storage/es_04_fulop.pdf

This is all the information i can find on these..
These are very interesting if the cycle life claim is correct for a 80-90% SOC.

But these are an older design of cell. I think they focused on the 20AH pouches after they developed these and the M1 ultras may be really old stock.. any theories?

The wheelie machine: 20" Rear Magic Pie II on a Trek 4300 MTB
The Bus: ??? on a 'da bomb' cargo bike frame

Pro-tips for noobs: Avoid BMS Battery like the plague | Charge RC Lipos to 4.15v, stop discharging at 3.5-3.6v | Use torque plates/arms! | Rear mounted hubs are always best

Hi to Russia, I have been there to Moscow from Texas. :)

I am hoping if you have a good contact with this person, then please ask them to get us a price for A123 20Ah cells. Just get price per cell *before* adding any shipping cost. We need to find a 2nd supplier of these cells to maybe get a better price for everyone.

Do you think this is possible???

Spasiba! :D

Iperov, when you say per cell.... do you mean per pack of 4 x cells?
