Is there other and cheaper sources for such clamps?

They clamp around the bicycle frame. In turn, the batteries can be fastened to the clamp. Like this.

I know this is a super old thread, but I was wondering if you found a good source the bracket you were looking for.
I'm having the same situation: would like to mount a battery pack on the seat post but there's nothing to mount it on.
