First attempt using a cheap bms.

Specs list protection at 3.65v

I can only charge to 3.365. About 80%
Lowered charge current to 5a into a 100ah gbs pack. Same thing.

Does anyone now what is used for voltage Reference?

Maybe, I should try a second one. I have 4pcs.
Nice to have conservative charge level, but this seems extreme.

Does anyone know if this is common with cheap bms?

TL431 is common; dunno what's on yours.

It's much more common that they overcharge.

The chip p/n you list comes up on this page

as a battery protection circuit; not sure how much I trust it since it's kinda half-electronics-gibberish and half-guitar-gibberish. ;)

I'm waiting on an answer.
Tested another. Same result.

Nice bms with leads on balance.

Can someone use a 3.365 volt bms?

Can't find the T version voltage.

Seller sent me the data sheet.
Lowest voltage version is "B". 3.65 volts.
Yet fets open at 3.365v.
Message me so as to forward email from seller.
