Hello

I am interested in buying a batterypack to replace my current, thinking of going with unitpacker as recommended here.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/US-EU-No-Tax-DIY-48-Volt-15Ah-li-ion-Battery-Pack-use-LG-cell-Battery/32794185163.html

This is the pack that I am interested in, the batteries should be, according to the seller, Samsung INR18650-29E, any ideas regarding those cells?

I am currently running my mac motor at a limit of 900W, 48V, I am mostly in full throttle so it is quite often in 20-24A regen, what I can understand this cell is a 1c cell so the continuous current from a 5p pack should be around 15A, should I for that reason ask them to build it from something else?

What cell would give me the best pack life?

I'm not an expert on the 29E but the Panasonic PF cell is capable of higher amps and is very affordable. http://www.uppbattery.com/48v-down-tube-panasonic-pf-li-ion-battery_p0575.html. Here is a link to unit power packs website (a little cheaper than aliexpress I think).

If best pack life, It would be Sanyo GA also with highest price.
Samsung 29ET is what we use now. It isn't 1C cells.
Actually, if you want to DIY a battery to use, it is better to buy from professional seller because you need buy many other machine to product. And it is also hard to ensure battery's safety also didn't enjoy warranty. It is troublesome.
If for interested, it will be a great and hard process.
