Panasonic pf cells rust/corrosion!!!??

I see almost on al the new cells from NKON Panasonic PF rust on the positieve.
How is this posible on a real panasonic batterycell?
a year ago i see this from the 2016 charge date....the 2017 also corrosion and when scratch on the part with a smal piece matal this turns in to red coller rust i dont like this on brand cells 9 months old
Als the boxes and cells have corrosion on the same spots.

Scratch is likely from the test, formation , or precharge process at the factory.....
....but the rust is the result of damp in storage or shipping.
Either way, unacceptable on new product !
