A buddy of mine at work has an Emoto and tried to get a replacement battery from the company. Apparently he has tried calling the E-moto headquarters and emailing the company for days with no one answering back. He thinks they have went out of business and he cannot get a replacement 24V 10ah battery pack.

Anyone else having (or had) this issue with Emoto? Are they really out of business?

Hey, I know this is an old post, but I was just browsing the forum and found it.

I can confirm that emoto is out of business. Earlier this year, Chuck, the owner, let me dig through his remaining stock at his warehouse south of Seattle, and I got several bicycles, scooters, hub motors, miscellaneous low-end bicycle parts, etc. To my knowledge, there were no usable batteries left at that point, though.
