Programmer 116 NO SHUNT MOD NEEDED for high current

This is a version from CHXS, a friend of mine who had modified the existing 116 programmer version to allow:

Battery current up to 100A

Phase current up to 370A

I use it since more than one year

TESTED.. and IT WORK PERFECT!!

All the credit is for Christopher ( CHXS) as well

What controllers will this work on? Just 24 fet?

If you download it you will see that it accept 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 mosfet.. and... with 24 or 36 fets :wink:

Thanks Doc. Are the regen voltage limits actual or does the max of 75 actually go higher?

Gensem edited the parameter programmer to allow 84V for regen (I asked if he could do this). I haven't tested it yet, but I have been wanting to use regen without having to mod my R12 resistor (I run 84v). I don't know if that was what you were asking about.

i asked Gensem to rework the version of CHXS to allow higher current limit and Bt and also regen up to 75V.

next will be a version WITH ALL THAT in the same!!

84V will work for some of my bikes, but I'd like to go to 101V, and even 150V for my high voltage controller. Without changing anything in the controller would be the ideal in my book.

Higher regen current settings would be another thing to add to the wishlist.
