Ultimately got a code17 BPM, which is a very slow wind, does about 15-17mph at 45V = 12S lipo.
It gets my dad everywhere with moderate heating at 22A peak. Very satisfied.
But, NEVER buy a complete wheel from BMSBattery. The build is worthless.
