Where to get Controllers that are EB3 based

I need to get a controller for a MAC 8T motor that is EB3 based (not EB2 that has that on/off jerky startup). I know about Cell-man's, but looking for a closer supplier that is preferably in North America. Does Lyen now make controllers with EB3?

Also was wondering if The Crystalyte sensor-less controllers offer any benefit (I heard they were smooth through the rpms).
