Hey guys, i've found the thread on here that had already asked this question, and I figured out what connector I think I want to buy (via that thread). I just want to double check that my calculations are correct. Here we go:
6s 5ah 20c turnigy lipo. Wired into a 24s2p pack for 88.8v nom @ 10ah (100v hot off charger).
Controller settings: 75a phase, 50a rated current.
This is the connector I was looking at - specifically the 75amp model.

Also found these: http://www.te.com/aboutus/news/prodinnov.aspx?id=1935
I want it to handle:
1. main battery power (big connectors)
2. phase wires (big connectors)
3. throttle (small connectors)
4. ca connectors (small connectors)
5. lyen 18fet programming connectors (small connectors)
6. 3 way switch (small connectors)
7. temp probe (small connectors)
It works out to 23 small connectors and 5 large connectors. So in that sense, this connector should be perfect.
Here are the calculations. I based power on what my max watts would ever be on my HS3540 - I picked 4500w peak to leave some padding
P = V*C
4500/100v = 45amps through the main battery lines (if my line of thought is correct. I'm not sure about this 45a vs my controller setting of 50a though, it seems odd to me)
So my question is, do those look correct, or am I overlooking something here?
