After a couple of close calls wit cruise control, I was looking to add an e-brake switch. After searching for some solution to add this functionality to my existing hydraulics, I ended up getting some reed switches which I promply broke messing around trying to mount them on the bike. I've seen some pretty nice examples of mounting them on ES, but I am way too ham fisted to duplicate. I was looking for a solution that could be easily attached with a minimum of fuss and that was easily adjustable. This is what I came up with:

Not the most elegant looking solution but it is easliy attached and detached and the threaded reed switch makes for easy granular adjustement. After covering with hockey tape, it doesn't look so bad.

I wish there were some sort of smaller, commercial solution for this, but in any case, it was fun to build.
