Field-weakening on Phaserunner (Advanced question)

Hi,
I use the Phaserunner's field weakening ability sometimes, and came into these two problems when planning my system's performance:

1. How can I calculate the expected delta-kV value vs increasing weakening current? (so I know how much my max torque potential on the given motor has declined while being over the unloaded speed). I know the max torque will decrease, but how to calculate it?
Currently, the only way I know, is to set a field-weakening current value, and record the new unloaded speed. (and hence the weakened kV for this particular value, but it's a discrete method and not accurate)

2. If my max phase current is 96A and the max phase weakening value is set to 48A - Does it means I will still able to get a max of 96A of phase current at max throttle-voltage to the two propelling phases PLUS 48A to the third phase which do the weakening at that instance, or is it a total limit of 96A for all the different phase injecting currents?
