.......
my battery pack is a 78v 18ah Samsung pack

hopefully I can get hyena industries help me out with the wiring once the Christmas period is out of the way..

......
Hyena will be able to help you out. Was the 78v always the voltage of your pack?

hi mate,
sorry its actually a 76v nominals it should be round 88v hot off the charger,
the specs written on the pack are
fav x a
21s 9p
76v
samsung bas 80a/160a
20r
I got it for my 10kw set up for later on heres some pics..
hyena is the best in Sydney that I've met fore bike builds.
just waiting till all the holiday times overs sorta pict a bad time for this conversion.
however I did try to get it plug n play, well it is just not the controller

ok when I test the throttle from the controller side with batt hooked up,i don't seem to get a reading 0.0v
Can you give us one more picture. How about some close up pictures of all your all you throttle connectors. Make sure they are close up and in good focus.

Thanks

hie beach,
well I'm only a couple more days tilll hyena hooks me up, cant wait..
meanwhile I bought some bike tool stuff
electrical connecter to test halls, phase combos made easy I think

thats my other zanxx bike throttle with inbuilt 3 speed switch.thats form the 10kw kit...

I will learn as much as I can whilst hyena operates on my kit, valuable knowledge especially where I'm from..
anyways I will post pics up of when I've finalized my build

still got to fabricate a alloy battery bow for the a2b for the downtime mid section 76v 18ah pack

I also bout one of those gear puller for splitting up hub motors, wonder what controller would b good for the stock 500watt ultra motor for 76v 18ah

Do you have the connector wiring diagram or schematic from the manufacture?

Where does the other end of that go? If it disappears into the controller, maybe you can open it up and figure out something from where the hook to the board.

my apologies,
it isn't the controller wiring but the throttle wiring from the a2b
