There is a rubber dust seal on the right side that sits in a groove of the bottom bracket. I have this pushed in flush against the bearing and according to the guide in the right direction.
But after each ride it has pulled out of the groove and just sitting on the axle. When I spin the cranks I can see the middle start to move outwards immediately, so I guess it pops all the way out after a 5-10 minute ride.
Anyone with experience here, I'm not sure who I would try to contact for help?
