I guess i won't be needing this anymore :D

It used to be a Kelly kls7230 controller, it shut itself off 3 times on the way to work, then it was completely dead when i was heading home again. I'm glad the whole bike didn't catch fire.

I wonder why it blew..

FET seem to be marked K100E10NE
Could be this Toshiba FET:

Does anyone know how performance is for this FET compared to the best?
Is it a good one?

KLS6035
Corroded inside.
In my case green stuff caused just failure (short circuit of output cascade.

That's some pretty nasty corrosion. Couldn't find any signs of that or even moisture in my controller. The day i was riding was dry so i guess it was a fault just in controller design or manufacturing.

I will check the other kelly i have that stopped working, maybe it looks the same inside. That was used with another motor so if there's same fault then they could be connected to same root cause.
