Hi guys
Any help would be appreciated because the online shop that I bought the controller from won't answer my calls or return messages!
The speedy worked for a 5km ride then next time I turned it on no throttle.
Ive checked voltage to throttle , cruise control , and hall sensors ,they all read about 1.0 volt .
Ive replaced the 78L05 5volt regulator still no change in voltage output
Any ideas?

Disconnect the devices that use the 5vdc regulated power to see if any are shorting out or dragging down the output perhaps. Checking harness/wiring for damage.

Do you have an on off wire or switch? Lot of controllers only work if you connect the power switch wire to pack voltage.

Hi Tomm
There is a switch at the end of the controller with a red light ,It lights up when switched on .

Thanks Tomcat
Ive disconnected throttle , motor etc still only 1.0v
When I get home ill check for any shorts near the board .
I don't think there are but ill double check anyway.
cheers

No obvious shorts on the board or in the wiring.
?

1.1volts going into the 5 volt regulator.
