Anyone seen this setup before? driven via freewheeling crank

I saw this ebike kit available wondering if anybody has seen or used anything similar?

Wondering how it would perform supposed to have quite a bit of torque and pretty fast 45-50 kph on a 26" wheel

A cheap hub motor kit just wont have much torque and a RC setup is beyond my budget right now thought this might be the in between option so to speak.
