A little update
Finally got the brakes:



Made the mounting motor and controller,and installed them, it remains to make a few more fixtures
In the meantime some photos of the process and results

Everyone is too busy cleaning up the drool from their keyboards to comment.

This build is something akin to bringing a 50 caliber anti-aircraft cannon to a BB gun competition.

Everyone is completely stunned and have no idea what to say.........

I can tell you (as one who understands machining), this is way beyond anything I have ever seen in the E-bike arena.
