At 250lbs I am thinking 15S4P but shallow charge them to 4.05 for a 60V 12.6 aH with the ability of a 120amp MAX rated discharge! NCR20700A cells from a Bosch/Dewalt packs.

What I notice is for every 62V 6Ah 10S4P brick ...
"62V" and "10S" does not seem to equate?

I do not charge to 4.20V/cell, but I charge the entire pack to 62 instead of 63

Hm. 62V / 10S = 6.2/cell? Special cells!

maybe I missed it but what controller are you using? Going from a 60V to a 40V pack seems like you would loose alot of speed.

Thoughts?

In the "Input type" header the default is elevation, you can click on it and go to Google Maps. It will upload your elevation and distance profile after you close the window. Really cool.
