Apparently Kamil of Velokraft in Poland in focusing more on the e-bikes rather than the high zoot carbon recumbents.

These type of recumbents peek my interest, I just wonder if ride comfort suffers when you go to such a small front wheel.
 
I have a 16" front with suspension and it rides fine
