Looks like the one on the right has pedals. I don't see any motorcycles in that picture.

The aft one (at the rear of the truck) has room for a motor in the normal place for a scooter, the forward one has an open space where the motor would normally be. Therefore, the rear one is gasoline, the forward one is electric and has pedals.

If that is incorrect than I will simply change my answer. What did I win?

The police officer strolling/ticketing by declared the one on the right a "moped"... In Ontario it does fit the new/Federal definition of a bicycle with power-assist.. The "step-part" of the pedals fold up/out of the way.

Maybe the (gas) scooter on the left isn't a "motorcycle" and it is a "scooter" or whatever...don't know/care.

ah fudge gotta sign in for this, looks like to me like a vespa 49cc 2 stroke to the left and a battery powered scooter to the right .
