Battery placement recommendation please

Have a look at my new e-bike frame. It has a great suspension fork. (FOX)
I would like to carry 48v 20ah battery or batteries. I am not sure of placement.
I really don't like seat post, as all the weight is in the rear. The triangle is small. Maybe saddle?
But i don't want the front wheel to come up and hit...

Assuming lipo. some kind of saddlebag on the top tube setup. 6 lipos per side is not too big to do, but 4 per side is better.

i hade panniers out of some real estate signs to drop and even out the weight. Running 48V 20Ah ping, split.
