Not sure what this is someone please share.

Daniel is the designer & founder of EGO-kits from Austria - (left > me, right > Daniel). I have tested his Ego Kit and very impressed with the motor/geared setup. The wearable backpack battery takes time getting used to but I personally love it. Because it is more convenient to recharge. The bike has sooooooooooooooooo much torque in low gear causing me doing wheelie during the test ride. He is another cool dude. :)

damn that is sharp - thanks for sharing Lyen.

Most excellent pictures.

That's what I needed. Damn well built.

Have always wondered about this type of set up. Sure it lets you use the gears for more appropriate torque vs speed... But doesn't it mean that the pedals must spin with the motor, meaning your foot could get caught in the pedal as it's moving?

Its a headline motor (same as cyclone) with a fancy heatsink and mount, and a fairly ambitious pricetag.

Freewheel on the crank and motor. Better components, and hopefully the motor and gearbox design have been improved as well if they are running enough power to require a heatsink like that...

TOMORROW...thank you

Mwahahaha sorry kriskros, i lost all my fortune gambling today and i can't afford it. Next time maybe ;)

Ok, señoritas sent, will be there in a couple days... I hope flight is not cancelled this time

Approx $3000 for that thing, with similar components as a cyclone kit, is kinda ludicrous..

I know it has a battery and some higher quality shiny bits, but damn..

Did you guys see that video on their website? Doesn't look like it can go too fast. Makes an annoy

Have anybody who already bought this ego-kit for a test?)))
I would like to get a dimensions of the mounting hardware. Want to make it myself.

I like the construction of this assembly, and how it all performed.
Maybe some ideas?

Thanx 4 advice

They also use a nice LiMn battery. That alone is probably $700.

For someone who doesn't want to mess around with everything, like us, it's a nice little setup. Too bad it's so loud.

I'm also not too keen on the fact that the chainring is exposed.
