A lady passed me (i had no idea it was a race, did NOT use turbo bypass),
Then in the foyer at the store she says
(I got in the store 1 second ahead of her)

HER: I JUST PASSED U ON SAXON!

ME: with this u don't need a car!(she lost, by the time spent parking)

HER: WHAT IS IT? A MOTORCYCLE?

ME: it's an electric scooter(big smile)

A late 80's 5.0 Mustang actually tried to race me off a light. I passed him going 75km/h, and then he floored it and sped up to pass me, but we both got stopped at a light. Unfortunately a 4hp ebike is no match for a 225hp Mustang, and he dissapeared down the road.
It must be pretty sad driving a 5 liter these days, knowing that most 4 door sport sedans can blow your doors off. Racing an electric bicycle must be a big ego boost...

my bike away from the lights is quicker to say 25mph than most cars, think turbine smooth power delivery and lack of gear changes has a lot to do with it,bit like a steam car.

i spend less time going to a store on my bike than when i drove a car. i quit driving 2 years ago. not racing, just cruising. far more pleasant ride on a bike :bigthumb:
