$1393.00 kit http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2106946212/motoped-motorized-bicycle

I don't know if you realize it, but this forum is very electric centric. You also posted this in an e-bike general discussion, a bicycle with a gasoline motor in a forum section about bicycles with electric motors, electric motors and gas motors are not the same thing. There are several motorized bicycle forums that this kind of information would be radically more suited for. Maybe you are spamming this out hoping to drum up backers for this kickstarter because you are somehow related to this project, it might be like going to a skiing forum and posting about a kickstarter snowmobiles.

Its a frame kit and now I see someone DID mount a mid motor in it so please stop the BS and read....I own Bomber #40 . If you have nothing constructive to add here keep it to yourself.

Anyone know where I can find info on building an electric version? I've been looking for a frame for my Crystalyte 5304 motor and this might be the perfect candidate.

Educating people on people on where to post information is perfectly constructive, and either way, I'll retain my choice to speak, thanks.

Unless I missed something, I think the OP's intent was to show us a frame that he wanted a mid motor to be installed. Feel free to speak, but a little comprehension beforehand would help instead of jumping to a forgone conclusion.

OP:

This bike looks really cool. And yes, it certainly needs a mid-drive electric conversion. Thanks for sharing this!

Its a nice design. I've always wanted to see what it is like pedalling with a moto style seat too.

Actually, the way the seat is bolted up makes it pretty easy to swap to a bike seat and/or relocate without any core frame changes - just a little minor bolt-on fabrication...

One vote for "awesome". Great job! Good luck on the kickstarter.

Board index < electric bicycles <e-bike general discussion. What the OP was bringing to our attention was electric, and it had pedals, so it appears it belongs here. If it doesn't, the moderators can determine that, probably by reading it first.
