I have a mid drive ebike. The problem that i am facing is that my chainrings/sprockets do not last long. I am planning to upgrade the ebike so that it can use motorcycle sprocket/freewheel and cogs. I already bought two 49t 428 chain sprocket to use in the mid section and I found a 14T 428 chain sprocket with keyway that will fit on my motor shaft but it does not have the freewheel motion.

The main issue that I have now is trying to find a custom made regular 34mm inner diameter bicycle single speed freewheel sprocket equipped with teeth made to fit the 428 motor bike chain that will screw onto my back hub

Can someone help me in this regard.

Also if you could help me locate a 14T 428 chain freewheel sprocket that can fit the motor shaft i would greatly appreciate it.

My motor shaft is 20mm with a keyway. Below is a picture of my current freewheel, i just want the same thing but with teeth for 428 chain.

(Don't know if it's my phone or a real link problem.)

That might be easier than looking at everything to find your exact perameters yourself, it's a clunky search when you have a lot of terms. But I'm sure what you want is there, it doesn't sound outlandish.

My current setup now is using the 428 chain sprockets. I have 14T on the motor shaft and I have (2) 49T chainrings. One is connected to the 14T cog on the motor shaft while the other is connected to a 13T cog on the bicycle hub at the back.

The problem that I have is that I weld the 428 sprocket on the bicycle freewheel which is connected to the hub and because the welding alignment is not 100% accurate it creates a slight hopping of the chain while the bike is in motion. Its not that bad as i have not have any issues with the hub or bearings or the chain derailing is just that i notice the chain runs with a slack and tight action. Sometimes its slack and then a next time its tight while running so this will cause the motor to draw more current and also wears the chain and sprockets faster.

What i need to do is change the 13t welded cog and install a factory one that would be well aligned so i would not have anymore hopping from the chain.
However the ones i am seeing on the market that comes connected to a freewheel the teeth count is not that small.
What teeth size would be suitable to use at the back with my current double 49T chainrings and my 14T motor cog so i have good hill climbing ability as well as Good top speed?
I am running 48v 30ah lithium ion battery on my 24-72v 3000watt cyclone motor.

I am assuming if i change the cog at the back to a larger one i presume i would have to increase the size of the motor cog, am i correct?

I am seeing some freewheel 428 sprocket for the hub on the market with sizes of 25T upwards.
If i use 25T on the back what size would i need on the motor cog to match back to the same or close to the same ratio that i have now? Bare in mind i need good hill climbing ability and good top speed around 25-30mphs
