Yar, indeed. They are doing work on generator type motors too. Quite a few of the products have been in development for a long time, including sensored systems.

Sensored from the factory?
Considering that is the best method for obtaining maximum torque at low RPM startup or under load conditions - I'm surprised it has taken the market this long to sort these out and yep ... I'll be waiting for one too when they are available.

The sensored motors are for RC car applications, but the ideas could be spread to other areas as well I am sure 8)

Adjustable Phase Timing
These both fit perfectly into the RC Vehicle and LEV markets and I should think they would sell like hot cakes (priced right) since they basically would drop into a normal LEV with a normal sensored controller (possibly, RPM limit dependent but I don't think were looking for Recumpence 15K RPM speeds right?)
