M Manny 10 W Joined Nov 23, 2011 Messages 83 Location The Netherlands May 3, 2017 #2 do you measure the top mosfet gate voltage between B1 and E1 in your picture or from - to B1? i assume you use a gate driver like ir2110 the higher voltage on the top mosfet is good. maybe you can post a better schematic.
