Hello :) ,

i bought BLDC motor HBM3000 and kely controller KLS6022H, and i tried to make the identification angle for the motor as mentioned in Kely controller manual, but every time give me the Hall error and identify error in the programmer user.

And the status of hall sensors A B C is 1 1 1 in the programmer user monitor.

So, can anyone help me please?

If all the hall sensors are reported as on at the same time, then there could be a connection problem to the halls in the motor (any of the 5 wires to them; power, ground, or signals).

Or the sensor could be defective.

Hello,

I am using KElly KLS6022H and BLDC HPM3000 motor for my project in university.

I followed the steps of doing the identification angle of the motor, I tried a lot of time

but every time gives me errors ( Hall err, Identify err)

I checked the wiring a lot of times and it is correct.

I hope anyone to help to identify the motor on the controller.

Thanks in advance.

I have seen several times that a kelly was unable to finish the identify routine. Sometimes a different motor would help (not a option here) and the last time i simply replaced the controller under warranty.
If you can take a scope reading of the phase and the hall sensor, they should match up perfectly. If a hall is even slighty off it might not identify correctly.
