Which battery chemistry (or IR?)
Which motor?
What Speed?
What incline?
What headwind?
What rolling resistance on your tires?
Drag Coefficient in your preferred seating position?
How aggressive are you on the throttle?
Answer those - none of which are dependant on the frame or size of the wheel - and you can estimate range with accuracy. If it is 30ah Pb, then you can only discharge 50%, but LiFePO4 80%, so right now we don'e even know how many watt hours you get out of the pack. Assuming Lithium to 80% DOD, the pack has 1800wh and you get 1440 usable. I ballpark 40whm for my duty cycle with hubbies, so I'd get about 36 miles from such a pack.
YMMV, but the frame and wheel diameter are not significant variables in calculating range.
