Consortium of manufacturers working on advanced EV

just scanning through new scientist and came across this,

A consortium of manufacturers are making a 200mph 320kmph Electric race car with exciting new EV tech including BAE systems Structural Battery Panels. so the car body become extra batteries.

they are a carbon composite panel with honeycomb cells in them containing the energy storage medium.

maybe not quite as cool as BAEs modular radiator cell tank armour that can turn a tank invisible to infra red, or make it look like a cow or anything including text. or their visible light OLED projection armour that uses video cameras and the special OLED screen armour panels to render itself invisible to the naked eye from 30ft or so anyway..

but form able power panels may be nice for sexy shaped ebikes!!

Power panels, interesting.. They might get a wide range at low speeds which is the weakness of the current ev's
In case of crashing it has to be super expensive to repair though
