I've had the pleasure of meeting Dan. He has been racing with us on the motorized bicycle circuit. Very personable and down to earth. His on/offroad electric bike is also an inspiration. He told me that his electric bike is very important part of his life. Like many of us, he has worked and is working hard at making sure electric bikes have a place in our society as well the freedom to ride them in most places. I had to miss the last race, but look forward to seeing him again.
