Again, completely ignoring the big cost advantage of a small EV ("bike", "trike", etc) not just to buy but also to own/operate. The energy needed to accelerate a larger, heavier object plus to fight gravity ("up hills"). The choice of being to pedal (exercise, warmth, extend range per charge, shave peak outpits from battery draws, extend life of batteries before inevitable replacement... etc?).
And the simple fast that removing the seat belt, the air bags and "crush zones" makes the vehicle inherently more dangerous for the operator ("rider") which makes them inherently safer for all others as the rider becomes more circumspect about their own safety.... usually.
