Hey where can I get a hold of the 500W 48V direct drive motor here in the states. I really want to convert my scooter too! Hahah

Also you say 24s. So that is close to 100v when fully charged?

This motor is very difficult to find in the states. It is made in China exclusively for Russia's exclusive contract.
You can write to our e-mail to the seller (mini-scooter@mail.ru), you may be able to agree to send to the states.

A full charge my battery at 98.4v (24*4.1v).

Thanks!

A few question about the build though.

1) If you are running it at 98V, what is the typical max power you put into the motor? 2KW? 3KW?

2) How long can you sustain the power input in 1) before burning out. Essentially, I like to know what is the maximum continuous power input should I put in the motor for a long ride ~8-10 miles

3) What is the sustained max speed on flat without wind. Meaning you can go at this speed without burning out the motor and other stuff.

4) Is the motor sensored or sensor less?

5) Did you need to hack anything to make it fit on the rear? It seems bigger than the stock wheel that comes with with the EVO.

6) How do you charge your 24s? Do you break up the pack or do bulk charging?

1) The power put into the motor 1,5kw (continuously) and up do 2,5kw (peak).

2) With a power of 1,5kw can go a long ride (~20 miles).

3) Yes, with a maximum speed I can only move on a flat road with no wind and no burnout motor and controller. At high speed, very good cooling on the move.

4) This is motor sensored.

5) Yes, this wheel is greater than the EVO, but it can be put back without any problems, do not need to hack.

6) I charge the 24s battery charger Hyperion EOS1420i and for this I break it into two parallel parts of 12s. Balancer wires are also parallels with a special connector (it can be seen in the last photo).

Replaced the controller on Infineon Lyen 12fet High Voltage and increased the voltage of the battery - LiPol 28s/10ah (14psc).
Maximum speed increased to 67kmh and maximum range > 35km.

Add my photo that was made yesterday.

Narrow body suit does a good aerodynamics at high speed.

Race standing on a scooter at high speed there are many dangers, especially off-road.
So you have to use all kinds of protection for the body.

Thanks for your wishes ! :)

Man I don't know how the laws are there, but you seems like an asshole riding that close to pedestrians. I would be pissed off too. No offense though, but I think it's best if you ride far from the pedestrian. Otherwise, one day you will hit one at 30mph+ and then a law suit and new laws prohibiting electric scooters.

Of course thank you for your comment, but I do not break any laws.
And if you follow your reasoning, if the cyclists will travel at a speed of 30mph+ and hit the pedestrians, then there will be laws that prohibit bicycles.
Do not you think that this is nonsense?

I have non technical questions.

Is this just to see how fast you can get the scooter to be, or is it a mode of transport you wish to regular use?

Also is it n enjoyable experience riding, and where do you manly feel the G force when accelerating?

I try to use this transport regularly. Always try to go on the road with cars.
I ride through the parks is very rare.

Yes, it's a very good experience of riding standing.
G force depends only on the power controller. If I increase the current controller, you can get even more acceleration (as in motorcycle).

Wondering how the force pulls compared to skateboard, is there much G force in the ankles?

And how do you space your feet? Side by side or one front one back?

I assume feet are one front and one back, with some crouching and lean in when accelerating.

I know these are odd questions but that amount of power in that form factor is rare, not the kind of thing you can visualise

Any weird wobble at speed, or is it stable (seems to be in the video, i'm guessing the tires help)

I have an electric skeybord, so I can compare the different G forces.

My feet are located on the diagonal, and cornering I move my feet on the ground as, for example, can be seen on this video:

you do not break any laws ??
So there is no speed limit on that multi-use path ?

you were doing 30+ mph on that multi-use path, and u think its perfectly safe.... amazing.....

I did not break any Russian laws.
On that multi-use path no speed limits.

In U.S. parks have speed limits on bicycles and scooters?
You have in the parks watching this traffic police?
I want to see how they catch offenders in your forest.

there is this thing called etiquette and courtesy.
it seems like you are just in denial about this,

and yes, most multi-use path here have speed limits, usually 15mph
yes, enforcement is rare, but if pedestrians see you speeding, people will yell at you to slow down.

its like this, there are no cops are around to give you ticket if you litter or spit on the ground, but out of common courtesy, most people won't do it.

I am 44 years old, I have two children and I absolutely agree with you in matters of morals and etiquette.
I try to respect other people and I have no desire to hear their cries and insults me.

On my video was an exceptional case where I had to show how quickly things can ride a scooter in the park.
Unfortunately on this day was a holiday and many people walk in the park.

I always try to go on the road with cars and in places where there are no people.
