The ESR is done. I decided to build the Kona Stinky instead of the DH scoot though. The 80-100 has impressed me enough to be confident in building a reliable commuter powered by that motor.

Phase 2 is complete. Scoot now has 12s2p HK Lipo and a Kelly mini brushless controller (KBS) the scooter now requires no deck spacers :-D

the video sounds like you are using regen for braking?

if so i noticed that it is adjustable (amount of regen) is it enough to lock the back wheel or is it rather weak even at max settings?
