Hello,

This is my new project, I saw someone here made a nice Vanguard with slim carbon enclosures.

So I will try to do a ripoff but with less batteries and more cheap components.

Dual 5055 motors on trucks
10S3P 36V 9000mAh battery (LG or Samsung)
10S All in one Mainboard with controller

This is my layout.

Prepared my first hard foam form for the carbon enclosures.

This is my first ever vacuum bagging. Now I wait for 24 hours and hope this will work out as planned.

Here is some update to my build. I have added a heatsink to my carbon enclosure, I don't want the mainboard getting to overheat.

Wow things look amazing and incredibly clean! I'm actually almost finished an extremely similar build to yours however im stuck at one part. The charging. Could i ask what you did for the charging ? and specifically where and what male/female ports you got for charging ? I currently have an evolve charger which is 42V at 5A and am thinking of soldering on a new male plug to it and its corresponding female onto the board with leads to the battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
