Its a fake. If you read the comments below the video, the things that were pointed out - become really clear. if you slow mo the video or stop it at theses points you really can see the discrepancies .

Watch it a coulple times- each time it becomes more obvious- it is fake.

At 30-45 seconds whiles he's first attaining flight, look at his bottom torso and legs. It would require a huge amount a strength to bring your legs from an "L" to a straight "I" position. That's when I realized how much a sham it is. Then I appreciate the drama the team does to make it seem more real. The heavy heavy breathing after the flight. The 14/14 parts of video that make it seem like a beefy, intelligent project. The motor system doesn't have enough "beef" to it to support human weight either.
